Major Disposal

On 29 August 2008, ChinaMotion NetCom Holdings Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, entered into a sale and purchase agreement to sell to CITIC 1616 Holdings Limited, 100% of the entire issued share capital of ChinaMotion NetCom Limited and the net payables for a cash consideration of HK$260,000,000, subject to the adjustments as described in the announcement. Completion is intended to take place on 30 September 2008.
