Completion of Placing and Adjustment in relation to the Warrants

The board of the Company is pleased to announce that the placing was completed on 19 December 2008 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placing agreement in which an aggregate of 470,024,427 placing shares have been successfully placed to not fewer than six placees, who and whose ultimate beneficial owners are not connected persons (as defined in the Listing Rules) of the Company and its connected persons (as defined in the Listing Rules), at the placing price of HK$0.042 per placing share. The placing has resulted in adjustment to the subscription price of the warrants. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the warrants, the subscription price of the warrants shall be adjusted from HK$0.345 per new Share to HK$0.337 per new Share with effect upon completion of the placing on 19 December 2008.
